For families and children affected by epithelioid sarcoma
The path to curing epithelioid sarcoma / Honor Pages
Epithelioid sarcoma is a perfect model to envision what personalized medicine promises for the future. We hope to develop efficient biology-driven therapy through cell lines and mouse models of epithelioid sarcoma.

About For families and children affected by epithelioid sarcoma
As demonstrated on epithelioid sarcoma cell line models, targeting a single signaling pathway may be insufficient. The complexity of the genetic landscape and the crosstalk between multiple signaling pathways contribute to resistance. This can be overcome by targeting multiple signalling pathways simultaneously through in vivo murine models.
All the money raised for this project will go directly to creating murine models to assess the efficacy of certain drugs. THIS IS THE WORLDS FIRST EPS MODEL!
