#foremmie. Your life and courageous confrontation with cancer is part of my forever "why". You are part of my motivation to advocate for children, like yourself, whose lives have been cut short because of this terrible disease. I'll do my best to face adversity with as much spunk and sass as you did every single day.

About Emmie Brooks
Emmie’s strong faith and infectious personality inspired those around her, including her friends, family and even the other children receiving care at Riley Children’s Hospital. Emmie was a heroic fighter of cancer that refused to give up. She was spunky and loved animals, especially her beloved dog, Marley. Emmie also enjoyed playing Pokemon. During the last year, she found enjoyment in making and selling dog treats. Please celebrate the life and legacy of Emmie Joy Brooks with a donation to improve treatment options for children diagnosed with Wilms' Tumor.
